Armenian President visits Iran-Armenia power substation

PanARMENIAN.Net - As part of his visit to Syunik Province, President of the Republic Vahagn Khachaturyan visited the substation of the 400 kV Iran-Armenia overhead transmission line near the village of Noravan.

On site, the president examined the ongoing construction works and inquired about the estimated timeline for commissioning the substation as well as the overall project scope.

Khachaturyan also visited the villages of Nerkin Khndzoresk, Tegh, and Kornidzor, where he met with residents, discussed programs implemented to resolve various recent issues, and responded to questions raised by the community.

The president paid tribute to those who died in the Karabakh wars by laying flowers at the memorials in Tegh and Kornidzor.
