The massage states «the community of Kuban, representatives of right protecting organizations of the region are displeased with the actions of governor Aleksander Tkachev, who carries on persecutions toward people of origins other than Slovenian as well as toward people who are not Orthodox believers including those who are citizens of Russian Federation». The message also states, every day thousands of Armenians, Turks-Meshetins, Kurds and Gypsies as well as Catholics, Protestants are full of fear of possible forced migration, fines.
