RA crime index increases by 65% in 2009

PanARMENIAN.Net - A crime wave was fixed in Armenia from January to October 2009, said Hunan Poghosyan, head of organized crime combating department of the RA Police.



"The number of drug-related crimes has increased by 65% and totaled 826. At that, 53% of the crimes were committed in Yerevan," he said.
