Armenian, Azeri religious leaders can help resolve Karabakh conflict, Jigarkhanyan believes

PanARMENIAN.Net - USSR People’s Artist Armen Jigarkhanyan believes that religious leaders and the faithful of Armenia and Azerbaijan can help resolve the Nagorno Karabakh conflict.

“I believe that religious leaders can achieve between results than Presidents. The most important thing is the wish to reach an agreement,” Interfax quoted the actor as saying. “Religion is one of the major problems between Armenia and Azerbaijan. I used to live in Armenia for some time and I had Azerbaijani friends. I am hopeful that all disputes will be resolved.”
