The seminar focused on Israeli Diaspora experience and draft law on repatriation in Armenia. Seminar participants discussed the activities of Jewish Center for International Migration and Integration, characterizing it as a negotiation platform between Diaspora communities and Israeli government. Development of dialogue between Israel and Jewish Diaspora, charity activities of Diaspora Jews were also discussed.
