On September 25, Chairman of the RA CCI Martin Sargsyan told journalists that the seminar aims to increase awareness of business society on the introduced legislative amendments. On July 24, 2010, the Armenian parliament adopted amendments to the Labor Code, as well as relevant amendments to the Code of Administrative Violations, State Labor Inspection and Remuneration of Labor. According to deputy head of the Department on Servicing of Taxpayers and Tax Procedures at the RA State Revenue Committee Armen Tamazyan, the amendments introduced to the Labor Code are aimed to regulate labor relations.
