  NKR Defence Minister, ICRC representative discuss the return of army prisonersNovember 2, 2010 - 20:13 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - On November 2, NKR Defence Minister, Lieutenant General Movses Hakobyan met with the director of International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) NKR representation Sophia Pugsley. The return of army prisoners, hostages, as well as the bodies of the two Azeri soldiers who died in Baku’s subversive acts was discussed. The parties also focused on the issues of bilateral interests, emphasizing the importance of cooperation strengthening, NKR Defense Army press service reported.
