Guillermo Tolosa, IMF Resident Representative in Armenia, also participated in the meeting. The parties praised the results of IMF-Armenia cooperation, the RA governmental press service reported. They referred to the three-year program of long-term financing and long-term lending implemented by the IMF jointly with Armenia’s government, as well as to basic directions of economic policy and actions aimed at Armenia’s economy development. Specifically, tax-budgetary policy, problems related to inflation, as well as outlooks for the country’s economic development were in the focus of the meeting.
