Mayor of Kazan Ilsur Metshin considers the meeting of three states’ leaders in Kazan symboli, according to ProKazan.ru. “It is very symbolic that the Presidential meeting on the peaceful settlement of Nagorno Karabakh conflict is held on the threshold of Creation of the World Festival.
