  Levon Mukanyan elected to Russia youth panelJuly 4, 2011 - 11:10 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - Levon Mukanyan, leader of youth wing of the Union of Armenians of Russia was elected to the Presidium of the National Council of Youth and Children organizations during the conference which took place in Public Chamber of the Russian Federation and brought together over 100 delegates from Russian oblasts. The National Council combines efforts of Russian and regional organizations for protection of youth and children’s rights.
