Armenia will try hard to reach a peaceful settlement of the conflict - Nalbandian

PanARMENIAN.Net - Considering the military rhetoric in Baku and specific measures taken by Azerbaijan: 20 times growth of military budget, provocation on the contact line testifies to Karabagh issue being a complex one when Azerbaijan openly gets ready for a war, stated Armenian Foreign Minister Edward Nalbandian commenting on the impossibility of settling the conflict by force.

"There has been a clear and strong message by President Medvedev, Obama and Sarkozy in Deauville on the inevitability of a peaceful settlement of Karabakh conflict. Use of force is condemned by international community, he stated. Armenian Foreign Minister also noted that all possible measures will be taken for the peaceful settlement of the conflict, as use of force is no solution.

Dwelling on Armenia's approach on changing the current format of talks, as well as Turkey's inclusion, Armenian Foreign Minister noted that there is no necessity of that, reports INTERFAX.RU.
