ICC Prosecutor travels to Libya for Gadhafi son trial talksNovember 22, 2011 - 13:15 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - International Criminal Court Prosecutor Luis Moreno-Ocampo is flying to Tripoli for talks with Libyan authorities about their plans to put on trial Moammar Gadhafi's son and one-time heir apparent Seif al-Islam Gadhafi. Seif was captured last weekend in southern Libya and is being held by fighters there. A local spokesman for Libya's new leadership says former intelligence chief Abdullah al-Senoussi also was captured over the weekend and is being held in the city of Sabha. Moreno-Ocampo said in a statement Tuesday, November 22, that both men "must face justice." Seif and al-Senoussi have been charged with crimes against humanity for their alleged roles in the brutal crackdown on dissent that started in February.
