  ICRC representatives visit Armenian captives in Azerbaijan November 23, 2011 - 17:29 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - On Nov 22, Representatives of the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) visited 3 Armenian POWs and a 5-member family in Azerbaijani captivity. The ICRC members handed over letters to be conveyed to the relatives of the captives, Trend News reported.
