PanARMENIAN.Net - Soldier Narek Davtyan committed suicide in one of RA army units, a reliable source told We Won't Keep Silent youth initiative.

An investigation further revealed that prison rules in army units are “sponsored” by command staff enabling them to better control the situation.

The case urged We Won't Keep Silent youth initiative to address Commander-in-Chief of the military Serzh Sargsyan with a demand to establish discipline in the army.
