Armen Ashotyan: economic education in Armenia is in need of reforms![]() December 5, 2011 - 14:18 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - On December 5, Armenian Ministry of Education and Science hosted an award ceremony of My Formula of business attraction student contest, with awards handed by RA Minister of Education and Science Armen Ashotyan and director of Finance.am portal Ara Aduryan. Minister Ashotyan noted that economic education in Armenia is in need of reforms and expressed readiness to help students with fresh ideas through this contest. According to Ashotyan, students should acknowledge that their knowledge is a key to success. Ara Aduryan, in turn, expressed confidence for the contest to be of lasting nature noting that the event was held under conditions of serious competition. Students from 40 universities partook in the contest with 7 of them winning awards. ![]() ![]() As a result of floods in Armenia’s northern Lori and Tavush provinces, 17 bridges, including five large ones, have collapsed. David Vardanyan is the son of former Karabakh leader Ruben Vardanyan who who is currently imprisoned in Azerbaijan. Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan has met with Stephan Schütz, Executive Partner at Gerkan, Marg and Partners.
