Former Yerevan Mayor appointed as Gazprombank first vice president

PanARMENIAN.Net - The former Mayor of Yerevan Karen Karapetyan was appointed as the first vice president of Gazprombank Joint Stock Company.

As ArmRosgazprom spokesperson Shushan Sardaryan told PanARMENIAN.Net the relevant decree was singed on December 2.

Gazprombank, the largest Russian non-state owned bank, was founded in 1990. The bank is owned by the Russian gas company Gazprom, which controls 62.59% of shares directly, also retaining shares through its subsidiaries (Gazfond, Gazprom Export, etc).
