As Hovsep Khurshudyan noted, summing up political outcomes of 2011, “the opposition failed to achieve the change of power or alter public consciousness. The coalition hasn’t succeeded in bringing about the reforms planned.” “This year was also one of revelations,” Khurshudyan said, citing WikiLeaks publications as well as Heritage-initiated lustration law.
