Football matches in Italy delayed over cold snap

PanARMENIAN.Net - The Serie A game Roma v Inter Milan was rescheduled for Sunday, February 4 due to heavy snowfall that blocked traffic in the Italian capital.

The Serie A football league had already previously delayed the match from Saturday afternoon to evening and cancelled Cesena v Catania.

A wave of cold weather has been sweeping northern and central Italy since last weekend, when four Serie A games were cancelled.

With further bad weather forecast, the Sunday game AC Milan v Napoli scheduled for the evening has been moved forward to the afternoon, when seven other games are scheduled, M&C reported quoting DPA.
