No doctor at Vanadzor penal institution, paper says![]() February 28, 2012 - 09:23 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - It is about a year that the penal institution in Vanadzor, Lori province of Armenia, has no doctor. “As there is no doctor, non-professionals and nurses who don’t have proper qualification decide whether to imprison a person,” observation group member at penal institutions, lawyer Edmon Marukyan said in an interview with Yerkir paper.
