Azerbaijan’s parliament calls OSCE for specific moves![]() March 2, 2012 - 11:18 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - First vice-speaker of Azerbaijan’s parliament Ziyafat Askerov calls Co-chairs of the OSCE Minsk Group on Nagorno Karabakh conflict settlement undertake specific actions. “If Minsk Group Co-chairs content with statements only, the conflict settlement will see no progress,” Askerov declared. Azeri vice-speaker believes that if mediators are interested in settlement of Karabakh conflict, they should “influence” Armenia and make it take a “constructive” stance”. “Otherwise their activities will not prove efficient and successful,” Askerov said. ![]() ![]() The foreign ministers of Armenia and Azerbaijan, Ararat Mirzoyan and Jeyhun Bayramov, have arrived in Washington.
