ANC member dreams of “new Armenia”March 14, 2012 - 13:46 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - Armenian National Congress (ANC) opposition bloc member Hrant Bagratyan presented his vision on “new Armenia” as a competitiveness country. “New Armenia is a competitiveness state, with the share of small and medium-sized businesses accounting for 60% of GDP,” Mr. Bagratyan told a press conference on March 14.
