  Baku discouraged by OSCE MG Co-Chairs statement July 20, 2010 - 13:04 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - Baku has been discouraged by OSCE MG Co-Chairs statement made in Almaty, according to member of RA National Assembly and RPA parliamentary group Gagik Melikyan. “Azerbaijan was clearly told that acceptance of territorial integrity principle should be followed by consideration of people’s right for self determination and non-use of force,” RPA member told a news conference in Yerevan. As he reminded, the lands claimed by Baku to belong to Azerbaijan are actually the territory of the Republic of Artsakh, which entitles Karabakh to the right of decision-making on the issue in question.
