Galust Sahakyan: Azerbaijan, as a country, exists to commit provocative acts

PanARMENIAN.Net - No reports were received on any agreements to be signed at December summit in Astana, according to Republican Party of Armenia (RPA) parliamentary group leader Galust Sahakyan.

As he told a news conference in Yerevan, neither Armenia nor Azerbaijan has seen any pressure on behalf of superpowers where the issue is concerned. “Armenia’s position remains unchanged: no roadmap can be discussed until Karabakh status is determined,” he stressed.

Dwelling on the exchange of hostages with Azerbaijan, Sahakyan expressed doubts about the sincerity of Baku’s intentions.

“Azerbaijan, as a country, exists to commit provocative acts,” he said.
