Eduard Sharmazanov: Artsakh people’s right for self-determination is only fair solution to Karabakh issueFebruary 8, 2011 - 19:02 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - Recognition of 1991 referendum results or implementation of Artsakh people’s right for self-determination through a referendum are the only fair solutions to Karabakh issue, according to Republican Party of Armenia (RPA) secretary, parliamentarian Eduard Sharmazanov.
