Similar rumors are periodically circulated by media, Zakaryan told a press conference in Yerevan. “In reality, the Armenian President set a certain task for the government - to improve the situation in the country until May-June. In case of non-fulfillment of these instructions, no explanations will be accepted,” Zakaryan recalled Serzh Sargsyan’s statement. He added that the Armenian authorities implement the reforms, which were suspended with respect to the global economic crisis. “Intensification of the reforms is explained by stabilization of the Armenian economy and new resources,” concluded Zakaryan.
