RA Ministry of Diaspora to send Armenian textbooks for AGBU Sunday schools in FranceJuly 10, 2010 - 18:25 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - On July 9, Armenian Minister of Diaspora Hranush Hakobyan received Chairman of the Coordination Council of Armenian Organizations of France, President of the Armenian General Benevolent Union (AGBU) Europe, member of the board of Ile-de-France (Paris and the metropolitan area) Alexis Govciyan and Chairman of AGBU Paris Raffi Momjian. The Minister briefed the guests on recent events organized by the RA Ministry of Diaspora, which were dedicated to the study of the Western Armenian language in the Diaspora and 100th anniversary of the Armenian Genocide, as well as on Return Home program, etc. Besides, Hranush Hakobyan presented the program on creation of the National Alley of Armenian Benefactors. For his part, Raffi Momjian referred to the problem of provision of AGBU Sunday schools with Armenian textbooks. The problem has been solved as per the Minister’s instruction: the Ministry of Diaspora will send the required textbooks to France soon.
