  Guymri celebrates the Day of the CityOctober 23, 2010 - 16:18 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - On October 23, Armenian President Serzh Sargsyan participated in the celebration of the Day of the City in Gyumri. On the Day of the City, the Honorary Freeman title was awarded to the Doctor of Historical Sciences, Professor Nikolay Hovhannesyan and Consul General of Armenia in Rostov-on-Don Ararat Gomtsyan. Armenian President visited the newly-constructed Gyumri City Hall and was briefed on the progress of restoration works in St. Saviour's Church.
