  Ara Harutyunyan appointed NKR Prime MinisterSeptember 14, 2007 - 13:20 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - The NKR National Assembly unanimously approved the candidacy of Free Fatherland Party chairman Ara Harutyunyan for the post of Prime Minister. All of 32 MPs supported Harutyunyan in a secret vote, KarabakhOpen reports.According to the NKR Constitution, the candidacy is filed by the President while the National Assembly should announce confirmation within 3 days.
