Parliamentary elections in NKR comply with international standards

PanARMENIAN.Net - Igor Chernyshenko, a member of the Russian observation mission, said that the NKR parliamentary elections complied with the international standards, noting that he used to be an observer in many countries, including EU countries.

The most important thing is that Karabakh’s electors are well aware of the election procedure and they had no any complaints concerning the elections, Chernyshenko told a PanARMENIAN.Net reporter.

“The preliminary results provide with the opportunity to record high level of the elections organization,” he said, expressing hope that the new parliament will contribute to the young state’s development.
