Neither Russia nor Turkey capable of handling Karabakh issue

PanARMENIAN.Net - Neither Russia nor Turkey is capable of handling Karabakh issue, according to Yevgeni Satanovski, president of the Institute for Middle East Studies.

“Unless Azerbaijan and Armenia settle their disputes, no military solution of the issue is possible. Even if an agreement is reached with Yerevan, it does not necessarily imply Karabakh’s acceptance of it. The countries are now facing a ‘hanging conflict’. Under the circumstances, Russia and Turkey can only help avoid escalation of the conflict,” vz.ru cited Satanovski as saying.
