OSCE to hold monitoring of NKR-Azeri armed forces contact line Aug.31August 23, 2010 - 11:04 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - On August 31, in accordance with the previously achieved agreement with the NKR authorities, the OSCE mission will conduct regular monitoring of the line of contact between Nagorno Karabakh and Azerbaijani armed forces to the southeast of Kuropatkino settlement of Martuni region, NKR. From the NKR Defense Army positions, the monitoring mission will be headed by Personal Representative of the OSCE Chairman-in-Office Ambassador Andrzej Kasprzyk. Field Assistants of Personal Representative of the OSCE Chairman-in-Office Antal Herdich (Hungary) and Hristo Hristov (Bulgaria) will be in the monitoring group. From the opposite side, the monitoring will be held by Coordinator of the OSCE Office, Lieutenant-Colonel Imre Palatinus (Hungary) and Field Assistant of Personal Representative of the OSCE CiO Zhaslan Nurtazin (Kazakhstan).
