The ceremony was attended by Artsakh Republic President Bako Sahakyan, Catholicos of the Great House of Cilicia His Holiness Aram I, Armenian Diaspora Minister Hranush Hakobyan and ARF Dashnaktsutyun Bureau member Hrant Margaryan. “The Armenian nation is ready to take any risk for freedom and independence,” Margaryan said in his opening remarks. “Those killed will always live in our hearts.”   Top stories Authorities said a total of 192 Azerbaijani troops were killed and 511 were wounded during Azerbaijan’s offensive.
