  Serge Sargsyan: Armenian people can win and aspire towards new achievements August 23, 2010 - 16:54 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - A monument commemorating the 95th anniversary of Musaler defense and marking the 70th anniversary of Aynchar village was unveiled in Lebanon on August 21. The ceremony was attended by Artsakh Republic President Bako Sahakyan, Catholicos of the Great House of Cilicia His Holiness Aram I, Armenian Diaspora Minister Hranush Hakobyan and ARF Dashnaktsutyun Bureau member Hrant Margaryan. During the monument's unveiling ceremony, Armenian Minister of Diaspora Hranush Hakobyan read out President Serge Sargsyan’s welcoming address, which says in part: “The existence of Aynchar proves that Armenian people can win and aspire towards new achievements.”   Top stories Azerbaijani authorities report that they have already resettled 3,000 people in the Nagorno-Karabakh town of Stepanakert.
