PanARMENIAN.Net - Turkish Foreign Minister said Turkey wishes a "friendly settlement" for Hrant Dink case at the European Court of Human Rights (ECHR).

Ahmet Davutoglu said Turkey is planning to take action to handle several issues, particularly the Dink case, in line with international law.

"We are thinking of a friendly settlement," Davutoglu told a televised interview. "The state has to fulfill all its commitments regarding the right to life and freedom of speech," Davutoglu said, the Anatolian Agency reported.
