Bako Sahakyan: subversive terrorist acts threaten both regional security and entire civilized world

PanARMENIAN.Net - On September 6, Artsakh President Bako Sahakyan partook at the NKR Defense Army military council meeting.

The President reiterated the NKR authorities’ determination to maintain the army’s technical equipment at an appropriate level.

Sahakyan emphasized the necessity of boosting the soldiers’ morale, giving special attention to psychological, educational, social and other aspects.

Touching upon recent violations of the cease-fire by Azerbaijan, Supreme Commander-in-Chief of NKR armed forces qualified them as subversive terrorist acts, posing a threat both to the regional security and the entire civilized world. As President Sahakyan underscored, the best way of preventing aggression is to rebuff it strongly.

Bako Sahakyan gave high assessment to the fighting efficiency of the Defense Army, once again proved by effectively neutralizing all the provocations of the adversary.

NKR President presented state awards to a group of servicemen for successful prevention of the advance attempt by the adversary’s subversive reconnaissance group, Central Information Department at NKR President’s Office reported.
