 Armenia-NKR interparliamentary cooperation discussed in Stepanakert September 27, 2010 - 18:00 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - Stepanakert hosted a meeting between vice speakers of Armenian and NKR parliaments, Samvel Nikoyan and Artur Tovmasyan. At the meeting, the parties emphasized the necessity of increasing the effectiveness of bilateral interparliamentary cooperation, NKR parliamentary press service reported.
