SI concerned over unsettled Karabakh conflictPanARMENIAN.Net - Socialist International Secretary General has stated that the Nagorno Karabakh conflict should be resolved as soon as possible for the welfare of the region. “The use of force is inadmissible. Both sides should seek a lasting resolution, as progress is impossible without peace,” Azeri-Press agency quoted Luis Ayala as saying in Baku. “Socialist International is a political organization and can help establishment of a dialogue,” he said. Azerbaijani authorities report that they have already resettled 3,000 people in the Nagorno-Karabakh town of Stepanakert. On June 10, Azerbaijani President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev will leave for Turkey on a working visit. Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev arrived in Moscow on April 22 to hold talks with Russian counterpart Vladimir Putin.
