  Kiro Manoyan: Turkey guilty of Armenian-Turkish normalization failure  October 11, 2010 - 16:30 AMTPanARMENIAN.Net - ARD Dashnaktsutyun Hay Dat and Political Affairs Office Director Kiro Manoyan said that Turkey plays a negative role in the Karabakh conflict resolution. “The protocols between Turkey and Armenia can be considered failed due to the stance of Ankara, which set the Karabakh problem as a precondition. However, Armenia will never accept this condition. If Turkey rejects these preconditions one day, the Armenian-Turkish normalization will continue. But now we see that Turkey does not change its opinion about the matter,” 1news.az quoted Kiro Manoyan as saying in Baku. As for the return of the body of Mubariz Ibragimov, who was killed new Chaylu settlement as a result of the June 18 subversive act of the Azerbaijani armed forces, Manoyan noted that, indeed, there is a corpse on a neutral territory. “Armenians have not taken it, while Azerbaijanis cannot do it,” noted Kiro Manoyan.
