Bako Sahakyan, heads of NKR regional administrations discuss 2011 state budgetNovember 2, 2010 - 17:59 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - On November 2, President of the Republic of Artsakh Bako Sahakyan held a working meeting with participation of heads of the NKR regional administrations. The socioeconomic situation in regions and formation of the 2011 state budget were in the focus of the meeting. Mr. Sahakyan noted that the development of regions makes a basis of the republic’s socioeconomic progress and underlined the importance of active participation of regional administrations in the budget formation. According to Bako Sahakyan, programs envisaged by the budget should be realistic. NKR Prime Minister Ara Haroutyunyan and other officials partook in the meeting, the Central Information Department of the Office of the Artsakh Republic President reported.
