  Caucasus frozen conflicts can explode one day, Gul says November 9, 2010 - 14:21 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - Turkish President Abdullah Gul referred to the Armenian-Turkish reconciliation and Nagorno Karabakh conflict during his visit to the UK. “Frozen conflicts in the Caucasus can explode one day if neglected,” he said at an event in Oxford, Cihan news agency reported.
