Caucasus frozen conflicts can explode one day, Gul saysNovember 9, 2010 - 14:21 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - Turkish President Abdullah Gul referred to the Armenian-Turkish reconciliation and Nagorno Karabakh conflict during his visit to the UK. “Frozen conflicts in the Caucasus can explode one day if neglected,” he said at an event in Oxford, Cihan news agency reported. As to Armenia-Turkey dialogue, Gul assured that his country “continues efforts for normalization of relations with Yerevan.” Azerbaijani authorities report that they have already resettled 3,000 people in the Nagorno-Karabakh town of Stepanakert. On June 10, Azerbaijani President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev will leave for Turkey on a working visit. Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev arrived in Moscow on April 22 to hold talks with Russian counterpart Vladimir Putin.
