Arthur Baghdasaryan: Karabakh will never be a part of Azerbaijan

PanARMENIAN.Net - Precise decisions should be taken during OSCE summit in Astana, Secretary of the Armenian National Security Council said

“Three clauses, namely independence of Nagorno Karabakh, immediate contact with Armenia and security of the population are of prior importance for Yerevan. We are seeking a peaceful solution and are glad that Poland supports our position,” Arthur Baghdasaryan said in an interview with Rzeczpospolita Polish newspaper.

He emphasized that Nagorno Karabakh will never be a part of Azerbaijan.

“There is a chance for recognition of NKR by a number of countries,” Baghdasaryan said.
