Karabakh issue discussed at Russia-EU summit

PanARMENIAN.Net - The Nagorno Karabakh conflict was discussed during the Russia-EU summit in Brussels.

According to Russian President Dmitry Medvedev, the OSCE summit in Astana proved low efficiency of the organization in decision making.

“The OSCE should get new potentialities and maybe get rid of the stereotypes which are sometimes applied by the organization,” he said, RIA Novosti reported.
