As he noted, 14 issues will be discussed during CIS Foreign Ministers Council meeting in Moscow. "The draft decision on cooperation between CIS member countries within the OSCE framework and a draft protocol on amendments to CIS-Eurasian Economic Community agreement on fulfilling court functions will be on discussion agenda," Lebedev said, Trend reported.
