Azerbaijan highlights Karabakh settlement and hydrocarbon transportation in 2011

PanARMENIAN.Net - The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Azerbaijan has outlined priorities for the current year.

It marked out resolution of the Nagorno Karabakh conflict, strengthening of cooperation with the Caspian Sea countries and cementing Azerbaijan’s positions as a reliable partner in hydrocarbon export and transportation.

Authorities said a total of 192 Azerbaijani troops were killed and 511 were wounded during Azerbaijan’s offensive.
