Aliyev again tries to "frighten" Armenia and Artsakh

Aliyev again tries to

PanARMENIAN.Net - Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev said that in 2010 Azerbaijan has not managed to gain progress in the Karabakh conflict settlement.

During a governmental sitting on the results of 2010, Aliyev again accused Armenia of attempts to fail negotiations on the Karabakh conflict resolution and return to the matters that had been agreed earlier during negotiations.

Aliyev added that in 2011 Azerbaijan is going to strengthen its positions in the conflict settlement.

The Azerbaijani President also noted that the "Azerbaijani army is able to deliver a fatal blow to the enemy."

"And, as a result of the Azerbaijani army's attack, the situation may develop in another direction not only in Nagorno Karabakh, but also in Armenia," AZE.az quoted Aliyev as saying.
