The Guardian: Turkey will become EU member sooner or later

PanARMENIAN.Net - A columnist for The Guardian, Timothy Garton Ash, said that he doesn’t not believe there was a shift of axis in Turkey's foreign policy and that Turkey turned its back on the European Union (EU).

As he told the Turkish daily RADIKAL, Germany and France's negative attitude towards Turkey is temporary. "Turkey will become an EU member sooner or later," Ash said.
