Bako Sahakyan: living conditions in Artsakh State University’s dormitory should be improvedFebruary 2, 2011 - 10:02 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - On February 1, President of the Republic of Artsakh Bako Sahakyan held a working consultation on improving living conditions in Artsakh State University’s dormitory. Rector of the university Stepan Dadayan delivered a report on the current state of affairs. The President noted that the existence of dormitories corresponding to modern standards is among pivotal components of the educational process. Mr. Sahakyan gave relevant instructions to heads of appropriate structures to elaborate comprehensive programs for improving conditions in the university dormitory. NKR Prime Minister Ara Harutyunyan and other officials participated in the consultation, the Central Information Department of Artsakh President’s Office reported. Azerbaijani authorities report that they have already resettled 3,000 people in the Nagorno-Karabakh town of Stepanakert. On June 10, Azerbaijani President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev will leave for Turkey on a working visit. Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev arrived in Moscow on April 22 to hold talks with Russian counterpart Vladimir Putin.
