CSTO peacekeeping exercise to be held in Central Asia

PanARMENIAN.Net - Peacekeeping exercise of the rapid reaction force (RRF) of the Collective Security Treaty Organization (CSTO) will be held in Central Asia this year, CSTO Secretary General said.

“Collective peacekeeping force, which will include about 3500 servicemen, is meant to conduct operations to separate the conflicting sides. Peacekeepers should skillfully fulfill all tasks set before them,” Nikolay Bordyuzha stated.

A protocol on action plan was also signed, RIA Novosti reported.
