According to the Turkish media, the Armenian Genocide recognition by the U.S. Congress will be on the agenda of Bagis’ visit among other matters referring to the U.S.-Turkey relations. During the visit, Bagis is scheduled to meet with U.S. Under Secretary of State for Political Affairs William Burns, Congressman Dan Burton, Co-Chairs and members of the Congressional Caucus on Turkey.
