LDPR leader believes there mustn’t be either Georgia or Azerbaijan between Russia and Turkey

PanARMENIAN.Net - The Liberal Democratic Party of Russia (LDPR) is not interested in either Abkhazia or South Ossetia, according to the party leader.

“We only care about the Russia-Turkey border, without Abkhazia, South Ossetia, Georgia or Azerbaijan in between. Russia-Turkey border, in short. In the West, we’d like to have a Russia-Germany border. Here are the two borders that LTPR will stand up for in future. All the states between us do noting but provoke and exacerbate the situation in the world,” Vladimir Zhirinovsky stated.

According to him, U.S. and Israel aim to destroy Iran. “Which borders with Armenia, Azerbaijan and, practically, Georgia. So, if Georgia prevents Russia’s joining the WTO, Georgia’s business in Russia will be destroyed, with all the borders of the country - sea, land and air- blocked. Georgia will be famished, and in case of a nuclear attack on Iran, millions of refugees will flee for Caucasus. We’ll stop them on the border with Azerbaijan and send to Georgia. Georgia will be seeped away completely. 10 million refugees will destroy them, if Georgia only dares hamper Russia in its WTO accession,” Region TV cited Zhirinovsky as saying.
